When it comes to being fit, most people think that if they look good in their clothes, then they are as fit as they need to be. However, being fit is more than just looking good. A truly fit person is going to have a low body fat index, and they are going to have the stamina that it takes to get through the day. So how does one that may look good still get to the point in which they are someone that is actually healthy?
The fitness routine that the person has is going to play a huge role in whether they are really fit or not. They should also consider their diet.
